Initial discovery sessions, scoping calls, and consultations provided by Friendly IT Solutions are offered free of charge. These sessions help us understand your requirements and do not constitute a binding engagement or commitment on either party to proceed further.
Any formal engagement for paid work will be confirmed in writing via a proposal, quote, or statement of work signed or acknowledged by both parties.
Quotations provided by Friendly IT Solutions are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We offer flexible payment options. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month on overdue amounts.
General support calls and advice are provided free of charge. Support that requires implementation work, system configuration changes, or development effort will be scoped and quoted separately before work commences.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Friendly IT Solutions Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
For bespoke software and automation solutions developed for clients, intellectual property ownership will be determined by the terms of the applicable project agreement.
Any information shared with Friendly IT Solutions during discovery, scoping, or project delivery will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary for delivery of the agreed services.
To the extent permitted by law, Friendly IT Solutions Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any services will not exceed the amount paid by you for those services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
